DJ, you are sounding so busy and very positive, that's so good to see. 

Have you seen Chookies way of bottling fruit in the microwave on her blog - I haven't tried it yet, but it looks really easy.

I chilled it in the freezer Uni and it was lovely.
When I made it using your recipe I used vodka but yours had more of a kick to it.  :)
I loved the 'shot' glasses of limoncello that we shared in your room LOL

Yes life is hectic with young children CC.
My DD was very appreciative and was lovely to see her so refreshed and relaxed when she came home  :D
I was frazzled !!!  she bought me a lovely Issey Miyake perfume and took me out for lunch yesterday.
The 3 yr old and 8 month old boys were vomiting with high temps when i had them but fortunately the girls were fine.
