Another clear, but cool day here today. I had to laugh Karratha in the Pilbara and Port Hedland on the edge of the Kimberley( both in the warm north west of WA) had maximum and minimums of 17/17 and 18/18 yesterday. They are usually up in the 30's this time of the year.

I would like a little rain as our garden needs it and we are not permitted to run our sprinklers for June and July. Sometimes it is extended to August.

Marie,  yeast doesn't like the cold weather.  Have you tried proving it in the bed with the electric blanket on ?  I place mine by the combustion fire in the lounge room.
Chookie, I do miss the combustion heater we use to have especially on the really cold days.  I have been thinking I may heat some of those wheat packs and with a blanket maybe able to make a suitable spot to raise the dough.  Providing the dog does not take it over that is  :D ;D
Been another fine but cold day here, frost forecast overnight and will have to go shopping tomorrow.

Evening lovelies ;D
Off to my class this morning.DH is packing my car as I have a lot to get in today.I'm returning a window that one girl wanted DH to have a look at but it has antique glass so DH said he would rather not touch it.It needs specialist hands.
He's also mended a chair for another girl who's GS decided it was good to jump on it and he broke two rails.
Need to take my stool to finish off stitching.Once that is done I need to think about getting fabric :-\ Also taking my cane rocking chair to do IF I finish the stitching :D :D

I really like antique glass, there is something very special about it.

Kim, sorry you've had a horrible day, hope tomorrow is better for you.
