I love mine and bought one for DS when he left home and he uses the pressure cooker function the most.
I found the instructions clear enough.
The 6 in 1 is on special at kitchenware direct for $129.00.

That is so funny. I would have to do it when DH is out or he would think I am crazier than normal.  Tomorrow is supposed to be only 30 so not hot enough.

Yes, did try and fry before DH got up but he wanted to know what the egg was doing on the bench. I showed him the conversation.
He said "no problem cancelling the cleaner then, you obviously have way too much time on your hands" LOL, then he came up and helped me with it.  ;D

Really wished it had worked. 39 isn't hot enough - it felt hotter than that as the sun was beating down.
I will give it another go if there is a day over 40.  :)

I believe that when  they state the temperature that it is in the shade temperature not in the blazing sun. Does anyone else find that the sun is really burning hot, it seems hotter than when I was younger, ? Maybe depleted ozone layer?

You're right AB. There are several holes in the ozone layer and they are getting bigger because of the amount of pollution.

Mich, love your baked egg ;D Looks like Harry enjoyed it too! :D

I'm finding the constant heat harder to tolerate. I put it down to age.  :'( :'(

Cookie - our heat (in Sydney) hasn't been as constant as yours (yet?!?!) - but, honestly, I don't know how you've all coped over there. . .  it just wears you down. I cant quite remember a day quite like today.  We used to live out near Parramatta (about 15 kms west of the CBD) and one summer it got to 50C on my neighbour's front verandah (actually had the carpet cleaners on  that day - carpets dried beautifully  ;D ) but my memory must be playing tricks because it didn't seem anywhere like today's blast furnace . . .and we're a lot closer to the ocean now .  It was over 42C at around 3pm)
