I can't imagine being sick at Christmas time with so much to do GF - I hope they can do something for you at the medical centre  :-* :-*

I imagine you are so glad the week is over DJ, when do you return to child sitting duties?  Rest your weary bones over Christmas.

Thx mf and H.. Yes we do as much as we can.. Beach, shopping, holiday activities.. The other day we made bamboo lanterns.. Went to a local kids xmas party.. Breakfast at the beach.. Visited the ginger actory.. Want to go for avrainforest walk and visit a local dairy farm with the kids plus they have intensive swimming .. Busy busy but i will forever be grateful to be able to come home to your own place and just crash and do what you want.. Once we get our own place..

On a positive note dad actually said to me yesterday that he might get me to show him how to do pizza dough in the thx this weekend... Yay.. Baby steps.. He buys pizzas once a week and i told him i make them and they are delish.. Also picked him up a pizza stone that was on sale as he wanted one for the bbq.. Got a s&p brand .. Anyone know what they are like???

I used local flour blend from the mill in france where we were living but what is the best flour for pizza dough in oz that you can buy??? Asking as if i stuff it up dont know that ill get a second chance lol.. And i cant be bothered searching for the best type so pizza makers Do tell????
