CC hope your friend has had X-ray?

Still at work, but can use iPad now as children in bed.

Well done to your son GF.

I can't believe how early private schools break up? You pay all the extra money to send them to school and they aren't there as long as public schools.  ???

Private schools up here start 40 minutes earlier each day, so they finished last Friday.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Is that just a recent thing?  My children started and finished the same time as public schools. They always broke up 1 week earlier than public schools at Christmas time.

I am not sure I don't think it is recent private schools get an extra week in the July Holidays and an extra week or week and a half at Christmas. Been happening for a long time. When my son was at Kings they had to stay back 3 afternoons a week (compulsory) and saturday sport. At the new school sport is not compulsory except pdhpe and all the sport teams play after school. Whereas public schools play their sport during school time.

Kings College has had a bit of bad publicity lately.

Isuppose the main thing is that they get a good education.
