Glad your home safe and sound MF, how is your Mum?

Mum was great but very tired physically when we got home. She has bad arthritis so walking any distance she is in a lot of pain.
Trailing around airports doesn't help but she survived.
She will no doubt start feeling lonely again in a few days after having me 24/7 for 10 days.
So glad your card fraud was spotted.
Happened to me a few years ago. Somehow they used my credit card to knock  up a bill of$14,000 in Germany.
I discovered it when I went to pay my hairdressing bill and the card declined.
I knew we had plenty of credit so called DH who quickly got to the bottom of it.
It was embarrassing as I only had about $20 in my purse and couldn't exactly get them to take back my colour and cut!!!
Card company took responsibility as we hadn't been near Germany. We were very lucky. Now they call us as soon as we use our cards overseas to make sure that it is us and not someone else

Good to have you back with us MF.  Really enjoyed your trip too, without the effort of walking through airports!  Hope your mum settles back down again quickly.

Marie, that is really horrid. I always phone my bank before I go OS so they know it is me and where I am.

MF glad you have arrived home safely. Do you and your Mum go out for coffee or lunch once a week?

Marina I inherited DD's iphone but left it on my cheap plan with no internet. I keep that turned off and only turn it on if I can get wifi. It suits me as I use the ipad. The iphone screen is so small my eyes don't like it much. :-)) :-))
