That's interesting and good to know.
I thought I was going crazy and couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong  :-\
Thanks Chrissa  :D
Wish I could fix it though.  It's not really a tapatalk issue, it's an apple to pc issue
I do the best I can

Strange mf.. Im o ly ever on a mobile device these days so only see on tapatalk so its all good for my viewing lol sorry cant help

So when was the forum down.. Yesterday??

Crazy day yesterday.. Had a car service.. Dh an interview.. And just before leaving for school i checked his bad to find a note about head lice infestation at the local school (ewwwwww ) so check ds head quick and he has two eggs behind his ears that i could see.. Freak out as they have never had lice before... Got mum to treat the kids and wash everything as we had to be down the coast by 9... Then i went and bought essential oils etc that they say are highly effective as repetively putting neuro toxins on my kids heads if necessary is not my idea of a good idea.. Anyway mixed some up with water for a spray for the car, beds etc and the rest in a bottle of conditioner...potent wow and people swear by it..online and people in health food ahops i visited etc..its equal parts of eucalyptus, lavender and tea tree essential pure oils.. I put about 20mls of each into a conditioner bottle.. Tipped some out and topped it up with the oils then shook the hell out if it to mix all up.. For the sprau put about 30mls of each into a glass added a little of boiling water to dilute slightly then poored it into a spraybottle.. Must cool slightly if plastic if not the water will distort the bottle.. Just saying as without thinking ive done that before lol Then top up with cold water and spray away.. Spoke to the teacher and she said she had never had it in her lfe until this year at this school.. There are alot of hippies up in the jinterland and so e parents were getting the blame so not so happy to know there is a problem and will be checking the kids heads regularly and doing a regular preventative shampoo just in case... The whole episode stressed me out as i hate creepy crawlys of any kind!!

Ewwwwww Frozzie

Just the thought of lice makes me shudder.  I'd do some head shaving and burning bedding !!!

Extreme measures required ;D

Kim, my daughter made it all through school without head lice and then when she started teaching at preschool she had them about half a dozen times. The preventitive in the conditioner bottle is a good idea.

I'm starting to scratch now.

Lol chrissa.. Well i need to get used to it as everyone i spoke to up here yesterday said their kids had them recently which wasnt very assuring.. Maybe its the heat.. I will have a permanent spray on hand lol.. Luckily ds only had a couple of eggs.. Could have been much worse.. Not one creepy crawly just egfs but they must have been somewhere... I agree eww

And she had them once when she came to our place well everything got washed, sterilised and sprayed lol...she thought i was a bit ott but the idea of them in the house just sent me cleaning crazy!

Horrible little things.
I was lucky all of mine got through school without getting them :)
I did use treatment on all of them once as a precaution when a note came home from school saying that there was an infestation.
Poor you Frozzie  >:(

My brother and i mever had them.. This is the first time the kids have them.. Problem is that if you have parents who dont treat their children as dont see it as important then its not going away any time fast... There was a form and on it it actually had a box to check to say if you k ew your child had lice and didnt treat it wtf? ??? The other boxes were looked and treated and the other was havent checked lol. If this continues i may change schools... May change anyway once we are settled!

Poor Frozzie, they are horrible things.  Hopefully the oils etc. will do the trick.
