Kids are all good again, and back at school this week.

Thanks Marie.

Yvette, I use raw sugar.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Does rapadura taste the same as raw sugar in baking? Can you use it in a cup of tea?

Uni, I've only ever used it in Asian cooking.  but I suppose with the TMX you could powderize (is that a word)it, and use it,

I think rapadura is much sweeter, so you would use less ???

Why would you want to?

I use it only in Asian cooking but I don't see why not but it is expensive compared to ordinary cane sugar.

Wow Amy I always thought white sugar was worse than raw sugar, so are you better off cooking with white sugar then for baking?
