Sounds like your hair cut will be just right for an Australian summer Kim.

Uni, have you been awake since before 3.00 am?  You need to get some rest and sleep, woman, before you keel over!

Hoping you are continuing to improve Uni and its not good you are having trouble sleeping.  I hope you can rest during the day.
A lot of cooking to do to day.  DS is coming to stay.

Uni, I' m pleased you're feeling better. I suffer from Meniers disease for nearly three years now and sometimes it is very
difficult to cope if I'm at home on my own. Good luck with your dental work.

Gert, what's your friend doing about the Meniers decease attacks?

I it is called the  Epley Manouver. I vaguely remember it takes another person to help position you.. Try this web site.

Good morning Gert & Obbie

Gert, I tried to get some beef cheeks at the Woolworths supermarket this week but was told they don't have them and the chap told me that when he worked at the abbattoir all the beef cheeks were sent for export.  He said they were too tough to bother with.  I thought, not the way that Gert does them.  I will ask at the butchers and see whether he can get them for me, apparently it is only the butchers here that do there own slaughtering that would have them.

Obbie,  hope all goes well with daughters birthday.
