It was nice and foggy here this morning. 9 degrees in the house. :)
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Morning all, struggling to wake up. Have Uni's problem waking in the night for a wee while, such a nuisance and one feels so tired  in the morning.

Morning.. Also just waking up but very sore as spent yesterday trimming hedges... Lucky a friend popped over and helped with the clean up...mainly upper body sore holding the trimmer up high.. Didnt get many steps in though but certainly got a workout...

Frozzie trimming hedges is a great work out that's for sure, I'm sure you would of burnt quiet a few calories though.

Used to sleep walk when i was younger and have bad panic attacks but havent had them n years.. Feel for you tat are sleep walking though as it can tae it out of you and can be dngerous..

Thx emme... Quiet day sort of just watching the kids as dh is in paris for the day so cant get things done and watch them too except the usual washing and cleaning up etc..plus they have friends coming over later..
