Amy, how are your knees? They looked really sore. How long before youbcan exercise again?

 :)

They're still really sore Hally :( I have some very impressive bruises and the wounds are trying to heal but knees are so tricky. You're always bending them :-)) The little nerve endings are still very unhappy, they scream at me until I shut them up with panadol.
I'm still exercising, but mainly doing upper body stuff, which is annoying but I know I need to let my knees rest.
Thanks for asking :-*

Yup love the company. Just done emails but must get going now.

Amy a few days rest will aid your knees and not hurt your fitness long term.
You are young and will heal quickly. Keep taking the painkillers by all means but please remember that the pain is actually reminding you to rest the knees.

Right off to the kitchen I go
Hope to,catch up later.

PS the iPad puts commas in instead of spaces. Obbie's pic has gone I now have print symbols dotted all over the posts.. Weird.

You get the commas because your finger is not centred on the space bar and you keep hitting the comma instead. I do,it all the time. Sometimes I  delete them and sometimes I don't bother.

I have had Meagan  in the middle of the emoticons today.
