Hally - you MUST rest, drink lots (water, tea and chicken soup) . . . NO schlepping around shops, malls, etc., and do you think DH and DS could rise to the challenge in the kitchen?  Let them look after you!

I think I posted this somewhere else . . but do try

1 cup water
Juice of 1 lemon
1 Tablesp honey
1 cap ( a jolly good slurp) whisky

Bring the lot almost to the boil and sip it as hot as you can . . . . .

stay in bed, keep out of the cold and draughts, etc.

Is EB coming? - I can't remember.  Would it be better to postpone this - for your sake and for his?  Just a thought!

Hope you get better soon!!!!

Ok GF, will stay home all day >:( just do school run.

Will also try your drink tonight.

EB has to come, he has no where else to go, his foster mum is up north visiting her daughter & new baby.

Food ok, did 1kg of bol sauce yesterday. Can pop chicken pc to make stock & soup.

DH can boil pasta :) so probably have that  for dinner.

I thought I was on the mend, but woke in the night terrible. Shocking flu bug this year.
