Plus white sauce & other sauces but they are not meals so dont count.

& that is it. That is nothing for me ;D

Hello... It is just after 5 am....
Am not sleeping, been awake hours.

Veggies in zp locks sounds good.

Halex are you taking vitamin C and zinc?  These will boost your immune system.

Morning DJ, sorry to hear you're not sleeping. It's about 2.30pm here, I'm just taking a break while my biscuits are baking.

Hally, garlic is good for colds too.

Morning   DJ  its nearly time for the kids to run in after school. 2.43pm

Then out come the ice blocks...
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

That's good Halex but echinacea I believe is more of  a prevention?

A very good GP told us to take VIT c and zinc for a month.
Ester C is the best type of vitamin C  Take 1000mg daily
Best zinc is chelated zinc.
