Tasty you certainly can get gastro back its highly infectious and it mutates easily so ther are many different strains going around... A small amount of vinegar helps with the bottom end and making aure everything is washed and your. Ery careful about washing your hands regularly.. We get hit with a huge amount of gastronevery year in france... Whoever is sicked is banished to sleep alone and stay in the room to avoid spreading it

If its cold outside its best to also air out the rooms as cold air kills off alot of bacteria as well.. You only need to do it for 10 mins or so..
