Much better than this morning thanks.
Just a glitch, enough to change things but there we go. Perils of middle age.
Glad to hear you are improving.

Will be on the go again tomorrow.

Pretty much like you Uni, I only sleep for 6 hours, sometimes 4 hours but I'm always awake around 4am.  Luckily I can have a nanna nap if need be in the afternoon.

How are the bruises?  has the pain improved?

I drain it but don't rinse it.  I hardly ever used canned corn, I prefer frozen because I find the canned stuff has an unpleasant taste - but your question makes me wonder if I rinsed it would it taste better?  Must try that and see.

I don't rinse. I use tinned baby corn all time.

Good Morning everyone.

I woke up at 2.30 . and finally got back to sleep at 5am.

Now up again for the day.

Yes uni, I rinse and drain corn.

I don't rinse corn but I hardly use it. Prefer frozen for cooking. I always rinse my kidney and other beans though.
