They loved the cake ;D It really is delicious, very moist and a friend wants the recipe. ;)
Did the chocolate sauce get used by your DIL.
I've just finished making a Chocolate Fudge Cake.I thought it was my SIL birthday today but it's tomorrow :-)) Seeing I'm off into London again tomorrow to see DD and GS I thought I would bake SIL a cake to celebrate ;D

Hi uni.. Hope you ar feeling a bit less sore..

It was just three visits not open house.. One couple want the house closer to the road??? And bigger bavk yard, another couple want an extra bedroom and the third undecided.. They love the house and garden but would prefer an extra bedroom.. We have 4.....people are a pain in the butt...we have someone coming tomorrow ... At least we have movement ...the agency has a couple of weeks exclusivity until after we get back from italy to find a buyer if not we will be putting the house online for private sale.....we arent in a huge hurry.. Im sure it will sell quite quickly... Hard with the kids to keep everything in order for potential visits though..

It's all a figment of their imagination, Mandi, it's really just as wet, cold and miserable over there is it is over here, they are just winding us up!
