Just finished supper and I'm waiting for a cake to finish cooking.I offered to make a cake for tomorrow (to take to a friends house)and seeing I found a tin of crushed pineapple in my cupboard I thought I would make the EDC Caribbean Carrot Cake. It's already had an extra 10 minutes cooking time but it's still not cooked :P This could be a disaster :D :D
On another subject have you ever made this Chocolate Topping for Cakes  I've got another cake to make next week for friends and came across the recipe ;D
