Sometimes paracetamol with codeine have no effect on certain types of pain especially if the pain had reached a high level before you took them . It would not be that  they were generic. On an empty stomach is a no no.

It will pass but the best thing for you injuries is rest and hot showers of if you can a bath .

Uni you are certainly in the wars at the moment.  I hope today is a much better day for you, that you can rest without pain and that you are soon back to your bright old self.  The more you rest the quicker you will return to normal.   :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-*

Good morning all.
I hope youmhave had an ok day UNi.

Get well soon Uni

In uk you can get an over the counter version of Diclofenac called Voltarol, or you can get stronger from the Dr.

Very good for pain and is an anti inflammatory too. Just take with food to protect stomach lining, no codeine in it.

Homeopathic ARNICA also very good for, bruises and falls. Aids healing.

Best wishes from the  Uk
