Good morning everyone.  An overcast day here today with rain forecast.

Doesn't matter what it looks like Cookie, as long as it does the job. Take care.  :)

I e been upgrade or downgrade to a moon boot today. Lots of fun and games.

CC I love visualising you rolling under fences.
It's warming up a little here, I think it is going to be 28 on Saturday.

Was cold and windy this morning down the beach, but the sun is out now and we are heading for the low 20's.

Relaxing day planned doing a bit of cooking.  :)

Morning all.
Julie, looking forward to the photos also, Goodie.
We have Open Day at Cherokee tomorrow so came back last night.
Made Mayo by hand, but made too much. Have been looking for recipes to use it in as I don't like keeping it for too long as it is made with fresh eggs.
Have found aChocolate cake recipe and a bread recipe, ( more like a scone).  Any ideas to use it in baking?
Also suggested to use on outside of toasted cheese sandwich.

This is not baking Chookie but there's a recipe in your UK book - Coronation Chicken which should use mayo.

Here's a banana bread recipe http://www.abc.net.au/local/recipes/2010/08/13/2981848.htm and a cookie recipe http://allrecipes.com/recipe/11019/mayonnaise-cookies/

Here's a chickpea sandwich filling, Chookie.  It will use up a couple of tablespoons if nothing else!

Lol Judy and Chookie.  ;D

I did take a couple of photos of our meals but they really aren't that flash.  At the moment the sun is giving me a hard time where I take photos and is messing with the quality.  I think I need to find somewhere else for the time being.  It's just handy where I usually do it and I've been slack.  :-\
