Good morning everyone, lovely rains here yesterday and continuing rain expected for most of the week.  Although we seem to receive smaller falls down here on the peninsular it is always gratefully received.  Enjoy your week.

We saw your rain on the Clipsal 500 Judy. We really haven't had any really good rains for a very long time. They keep talking about making our water restrictions even stricter. Even with a bore we are only permitted to water 3 days a week. The little lakes around us are getting very low and the dams up in the hills that help supply the city water are less than a third capacity. Hopefully we get an extremely wet winter.

Fingers crossed for some decent rains for your State cookie.  I have a bore but we've not had any restrictions on using that at all.

Thermilover as Chookie mentioned you will love Tasmania. It is such a special place and very beautiful.
