Morning all.
Thanks for all the good wishes for open day. We have finally had a couple who are interested. They live in Northern Victoria and want to shift to somewhere cooler. They loved the house and Ral took then for a ride in the Polaris and the wife was very interested in the trees that have been planted over the last 30 years. We will keep our fingers crossed.
Today we are taking Bruce and Mandy to the Queen ? For a Cruise.
CC, poor Daffs. No doubt that will pop their heads up again.
Marina, have been thinking about you and your rush trip to NZ.  Hope all went well.

Chookie - that is the best news.  As Robyn said, you only need one purchaser and this is sounding positive.

The funeral was really good - strange to say, but true.  There was a wake, which I believe was a huge help to everyone - we all had the chance in a very relaxed atmosphere, to go and have a chat to Nancy and say our goodbyes.

Back to reality now .. my usual Sunday .. cook, cook and cook some more then try to get some work done in the garden before I have to rush back to the city.

Good morning everyone, another hottie here today 37 degrees.

Fingers crossed for this interested buyer Chookie.  A ride on the Polaris and they weren't put off!  I guess Ral worked out she wasn't a whoos like me LOL.  Does the Polaris stay with the property?

Sunday seems to be a busy cooking day, cook up a storm girls.

Marina I'm glad things went well in NZ. It makes saying goodbye that tiny bit easier.

Chookie I am so pleased for you. I do so hope the couple love Cherokee as much as you. It certainly gives off the impression of cool and beauty.

Stay cool SA members. We are only about 31 or so today.

It's about 38 here just now - I have given up on cooking and am not going to go anywhere near the garden!
