Loved the opening ceremony but must had been a bit confusing for some people watching from overseas. :-\  Trying to decide what to watch on TV :D Flicking between the swimming and the road race ;)

im avoiding the tv..not a fan ..will watch the occassional sporting event but hate the days on end all day every day sports..

i just posted a question about cindy omearas hcg diet as im curious ..is anyone on it or know anythin,g about it...

It's still dark and it feels like its a frost this morning. Will warm the car up soon and get the heaters cranking :)
