Spent the day at GFs making heaps for a Market on Sunday ! Double batch of Onion jam , zucchini relish ( that was prepared night before ) , kusundi Indian sauce that goes with everything ( finishing off this morning) We prepped tomatoes and onions to make tomato relish the next day . Than an apricot slice . We do it all on the stove in huge pots , one at a time as jarring up has its challenges if two ready at once . There is a slight chance that it maybe canceled so pausing this morning.

Glad I did the late run up to the country last night as the delivery came a bit early thi morning, but I would have preferred to leave Melbourne around 6.00 am - way more peaceful (except for kangaroos).

Home made hamburgers with the lot.

We had a massive unexpected storm early this morning. It made it very humid which is unusual for us. So I just pottered around, not completing much.

We had a meat pie from the freezer and all the left over veggies from last night.
