Yes Gert, tomorrow I have 7 large boxes of lemons.... to do something with.
We emptied and cleaned out 2 freezers today, so I can juice away, and bake as much as I can.

Do you want some, you can always come home the rex range, pop in for a drink or 2, grab some lemons....
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Found quinces in a lovely looking fruit & veg store in Jetty Rd Glenelg this morning so will finally be able to make some paste. It's a thrill finding something you can't normally buy at home.  :)

Also got walnut oil yesterday.

JulieO make Chookie's fruit loaf with walnut oil, it is so lovely.

At last I have got to post the photos of the coffee mugs that look like paper cups that we bought in Melbourne. I love them and of course had to bring them up here.

I took this in the caravan.

Love those cups Cookie, really novel.  Yes I bought the walnut oil specifically to make Chookie's fruit loaf.  I haven't seen anything else to use it in yet, but now that I've got some i'm sure I'll find other recipes.  :D

I went to a couple of farmers markets today, I have a lot of trouble getting fresh fruit & veg and thought this would be a great option. I was right, I got some beautiful produce, bu also spent a small fortune on other goodies like some nice olive oil for bread (I've just discovered bread dipped in olive oil & balsamic vinegar), some home made gnocchi and some fresh baked pastries - I really am a sucker for pastries. Such beautiful food at those markets, I will definitely be going back next month. Some of the things I bought were more expensive than I could have gotten them elsewhere, but knowing they were locally sourced / produced makes me feel better about where my money's going, and then of course there's the preservatives. Well, lack thereof... Lol

Loved this little jiggy.  Extract perfume from your large bottles into the capsule, its small enough for your bag.
