We had a honey chicken dish with mashed potato, peas and corn.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Last night was meat patties with mashed potatoes, creamed silverbeet & carrot & parsnip mash  for the men.  I had a jacket potato.  Fruit salad for dessert.
Tonight is sausages with baby minted potatoes and salad.  A protein drink for me.

Much the same here, Mab, used up all the left over veges from yesterday and found that I actually now have space in my fridge at last.

Lunch was a chickpea based "tuna" sandwich filling from Alyce Alexandra's sister, Ellen Babauskis' new book, Thermo Plant Based.  It made a huge quantity but was pretty good - it will keep us in lunches for quite a few days!
