Cookie, that sounds nice. Was it in pastry ? I’ve some leftover cold roasted chicken and thought I’d make a chicken and mushroom pie , but curried sounds good.

Skinnymixers creamy Tuscan chicken and brown rice . For the new Dinners book . Tasty and I didn’t use the Tuscan mix just used fresh ingredients that I had instead of dried .

Yes it was Chookie. I used the recipe for pastry with yoghurt in it. I think I may have sent it to you. If I didn't give me a yell and I will.
Tonight we are having creamed mushrooms with chicken on mash.

Will do Chookie.
We are having marinated lamb chops. I don’t think we have had them for many years. They never seem to taste any where as nice as those we got from the farm.

Bbq steak baked sweet potato!! DS found a packet mix of Swiss log he started it at 9pm . We cannot stop laughing , two thermo bowls a very messy kitchen . Chocolate Swiss roll stuck to tea towel.. really it’s so funny but he is persevering a lot . There is eggs jam icing sugar dishes and a lot of noise .
