Change of plans tonight as it will only be DD and myself for dinner, and she had been asking for roasted pumpkin soup for the last couple of weeks. we are the only ones in the house that like pumpkin, so i am making the soup for her as we speak. I have roasted the veggies and the honey croutons are in the oven now. We will have the ribs tomorrow night instead.

Sorry chipolatas, mini pork sausages, traditional to have with roast chicken in the UK sometimes wrapped in bacon, (devils on horseback).

Hally,v the recipe is from DD's kids Masterchef book - I"ll post the recipe for you as it's my favourite soup. I can't believe that I've never used Thermie to make soup before tonight!
DH came home and informed me that he needed dinner before his meeting- he usually eats at the meeting. He doesn't like pumpkin, so I served him up the beef ribs, and overheard him telling DD that it was a restaurant quality meal

I made a burger for tea, 1 of yesterdays leftover vegie hashbrowns, egg, lettuce & tomato on a Brumby's sesame seed roll.

We had slow roasted beef in the Easi- cook with roast veggies, followed by yoghurt and 4 little pieces of liquorice.
