Last night we had roast chicken. Tonight I'm going to use some of the chicken meat to make a chicken and corn pie.

Spring rolls. I found some curry mince in the freezer so added lots of veggies and microwaved the lot. When cool, wrapped in Spring Roll pastry. 2 more things out of freezer. Made 12. Easy lunch for next 2 days.

Last night we had flathead fillets with mixed roast veg and broccoli.

Tonight we are having spinach & ricotta cannelloni with grated zucchini & carrot added.  Not sure what to have with it yet.

We're having a Giant Sausage Roll from Collette Mitegra using Cookidoo Quick Puff Pastry.  We will have some sort of veggies with it.

Made 7 patties from 500 g of chicken breast. The salad is roasted Cauli, toasted walnuts, lentils spring onion  and a dressing of evol, lemon juice and cumin.
