Left with washing powder olive oil ( when on special at $15 I get three one for DD DS and us ) home made tomato ketchup, biscuits, pasta sauce . Also hot chilli honey . When I finish mine I’ll make it . Normally I will bake something for him but there was only one biscuit left ! Now we will adjust to not having him around again . DH will miss everyday working with him and all his help .

Thought I might make Cookies Orange biscuits today. Also, I continue to make the lemon and carrot marmalade. So easy in the TMX and everyone likes it. A Probus member who is on dialysis can eat it and sees it as a treat. Breakfast has become a bit boring so made some basic Bircher Museli in the TMX. 2 apples, 2 cups oats, 1 cup of Greek yogurt and I cup of milk. Keeps for 5 days, 6 serves with extra fruit. 5

I filled it to maximum. The chicken legs weren’t knocked around at all. I also added the bones and carcass of the takeaway chook. I remove the stuffing. I also notice that not a lot of steam escapes from the lid. Judy, half the fun of getting a new appliance is pushing it to the limit. This 7 will really test me but it is so much fun. My SC gave up working, after 30+ years so I thought I would see if the 7 would do the job. Good, but don’t feel I could leave it on and go out. 6

Last night, Cauli based chicken soup using the stock I made in 7. Then chicken breast on SD toast. My neighbour sent in some chicken soup he had made. It was delicious. I think it had coconut in it. 7

I fill a 2 litre jug in the morning and then make allowances for tea and coffee and soup during day. I also use a large cup for tea and try to vary flavour. T2 Melbourne Breakfast is my favourite at the moment.
Yesterday I looked after my 2 little neighbours. We made Banana and oat muffins in the 7. Went shopping at Source. They love my new car. They had great fun asking it to do things like open sun roof and adjust heating. 8

We had meat from last night’s roast chicken in a cheese sauce with lots of veggies in it. DH made a soup from the chicken carcasse. 10
