Hi Kim,   Sorry I can't answer that.  They vary a bit in texture depending on how soft the dates are,  but a lovely smooth fudgey consistency.  I like to add choc chips or cacao nibs at the end to give a little bit of crunch,
Or if the cashews are a bit dry and solid (like these were) they stay a little bit crunchy like peanut butter.
Hard to describe, but after the first batch you will be asked to make more.  I can almost guarantee it   :D :D :D

Egg and bacon pie,  finished off Lemon and Carrot Marmalade.  9 bread rolls using Cookies Vienna bread recipe.

My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

We Re out of bread again, so I made a chia no fuss loaf , and Hally's zucchini , bacon and cheese scrolls. Dinner was pasta with broccoli , peas and tuna

I turned banana lollies



Into roses



And popped them on cupcakes I made for my Mums Birthday





the cakes were Stephanie Alexander's orange cake & choc bimby, with crushed Oreos mixed through.
The pink roses were made from strawberry sticks.
