Yesterday made Chow Mein, using cabbage and Zuchinni from the garden. Enough left over for today.

Chicken & Vegetable Pasta Bake.  Not sure what to have with it yet.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Pork chops, salad and some potatoes sliced and cooked in the non stick pan.

Did a big slow cooker pot of beef casserole tonight, filled with excess veggies from the garden (shh, don't tell the kids .... or the hubby  ;) )
Just what we needed on this wild, wet and stormy day we had today
:D

Yesterday, in Melbourne I bought 6 organic chicken carcasses for $2 each. I froze 5 but made chicken stock with 1.   I then made cream of chicken soup with a cauliflower base and added carrot and leek. Also some chopped chicken breast for last 15 minutes . Then parsley and chives. The stock I made in SC but the rest in TMX.
