Mab I am more than happy to send you a large chunk of me, to help you put on weight. It would probably hurt though so maybe I won’t. Take care of yourself.
Today we drove up to Coorow. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coorow,_Western_Australia
It’s only 264km from Perth so we took our time. There wasn’t a lot of traffic on the road. The flies here nearly drove us mad.  It’s so very, very dry too. Some farmers have have put their crop in by dry seeding. It’s nice to be away, I forget how much I love the bush etc up this way.

Not much happening here, just the bare minimum.  I've not got much energy at the moment and I've had vertigo for a few days so I'm just feeling a bit low but I guess that will pass as I get a bit stronger.  I'm eating lots of protein and veggies and Sustagen but not putting on any weight unfortunately.

Good SC time. I’ve been reading recipes where you put different ingredients into separate containers within the SC. Think I’ll try it this week. Chicken casserole mix in one container, rice in another and veggies in another. Could use oven bags sealed containers. I’ve got some SS containers that might work.
