Marina your holiday sounds wonderful.
I went to the eye specialist today. I have been prescribed drops for dry eyes, some steroid drops and some others that were $47. He said they should sort my eyes out. I can see perfectly well but my eyes have been feeling weird.

Supermarket shopping today.

As yesterday was such a wild day I did my grocery shopping today.

I had a podietrist appointment this afternoon.

I had a bit of a baking day today. DH was at a lunch at Optus Stadium for Nasho Fair Go. He drove the old Ute.

Been a busy week . Helped weigh and measure spices for our annual school Christmas cake making , so much fun and chatter . Out to lunch after . Then yesterday in early to watch DS School house music . Laughed so much and in awe of electric cello and violin !! All year 12s dressed up and what a laugh we all had . DS group put on thier best suits and had money hanging out every where . Singing Mumma mia ! Last on for us . Collected DS things from boarding. It’s been a huge week for all of them DS had Three Sacs , Visual communication folio work to be completed and handed in plus’s they all did a practice English exam that morning. Today was ment ti be sleep in for DS but wool press arriving so that didn’t happen.

Yesterday a neighbour gave herself a 40 th Birthday party. It was great fun. I have never seen so much food. Mostly kid friendly stuff. I took a tray of Portuguese Custard tarts.  They weren’t my best effort as I refrigerated them as I made early in the morning. However everyone loved them.
Today I’m attending afternoon tea with the Probus ladies group.
My little neighbour and his brother loved Ninja Turtles and as suspected really enjoyed their popcorn and other very unhealthy stuff.
They also showed me how to get uTube and play a Tai Chi exercise video. We made Waffles for morning tea which they ate with Maple Syrup and cream. They said, best waffles ever.
Had a surprise phone call from a lovely friend yesterday.

Managed to get DS to wash my car , so windy it’s dusty now . We seem to get woken in the very early hours with messages from DD travels , more photos than words !! This weekend trip - France Nice and Monarco Monto Carlo . Still very warm in Italy and France , the lowest I’ve looked it’s been 26 . As long as she is having fun and of course studying hard , that’s the main thing . I’m Possibly missing her heaps , wishing her lots of adventures too. DS will get a Sunday sleep in I hope .

Went to see Death of a Salesman last night at Her Majesty's Theatre.  A powerful performance with excellent acting by everyone.

Went to see the movie Climate Changers last night.  Didn't really learn anything new or that we had not seen before, but still disturbing to see the speed that climate change is happening and the 'ducking and diving' of various governments to get out of doing anything positive to try to avert the inevitable.

It certainly is frightening Marina. You can’t help but wonder where we are headed.

We have been without power for 7 hours today so I spent most of the time tidying cupboards and drawers.

GS took me out for Dinner last night. The local pub was crowded.  Good food and good service.
Had my 6 monthly check up today.  All good.
