saying hello
« on: April 07, 2017, 12:42:16 pm »
Hi All
I am a master chef based in wales u.k.  I teach professional cookery/Culinary arts
just got hold of a  Thermomix 3300 but have been told it has a couple of operating issues (we'll see)
Anyway never used one before so thought the best way to get the best tips would be to join a forum of keen enthusiast so here we go :-\

be in touch soon I guess

Best wishes
Chefstalk

Hello Chefstalk, welcome to the forum.  That's a really early model you have there, did it come with a manual?  Have a read of this thread, one of our members bought one and there is a lot of discussion about it here, apparently he managed to get a manual for it from UK Thermomix.

Welcome Chefstalk.  I'd love to see a photo of your machine. I hope you can get things worked out with it.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
