Glad today was a warm day as I’ve missed my evening smoothies. This time a Kale/pineapple smoothie https://www.wellplated.com/kale-pineapple-smoothie/
I used ordinary milk and forgot the Sustagen but it was quite OK without it. Recipe says 2 serves but it was not enough for 2 so I drank it all.

We had a pasta dish with pancetta, tomato and cheese all mixed up.

Last night we had salmon with salad.  Tonight we are having beef rissoles with a savoury sauce, potato mash &  mixed greens.

We had Tacos from the new thermomix magazine. I made Tenina’s soft taco shells to have.
Tapatalk isn’t working for me so the photo will come later.

Cookie, what’s the TMX Magazine like? Different recipes or similar to what we already have at our disposal?

Tonight it was a Pumpkin Banana Smoothie, I’ve had this one before but remembered to add the Sustagen today. I also added some Dulse Flakes which I bought today to make Tenina’s Umami Paste. Had the last of the banana custard too.

DH is making us a chicken stew. I have succumbed to the lousy cold that is going round and have slept the day away.

Our Taco photo from dinner the other night.
