Courton I buy my pizza sorry to say can't be bothered after working all week to come home and make it. I usually have pepperoni or ground beef and onion. Friday nights I try and get the rest of the washing done my DS15 washes sheets and his white shirts for school and I do some darks. I also have to sometimes spray tan on Friday nights so the bought pizza is my treat

Pizza here.

Thin and crispy dough from the forum , made two bases last  night - had one last night the other tonight.

It's my go to recipe, that and spaghetti bolognaise.

We're having Tenina's Chicken Pot Pie with Parmesan crust from hrt blog. I was going to do it last night but got side tracked.

I made Rara's steamed garlic rice.( forgot to put the basket in....but saved it before the rice when soft.) and steamed a piece of "Atlantic Salmon with a little creamed horseradish and dill  spread on top in a cryvac bag.  and a few steamed veggies. The juice left in the bowl made a lovely sauce to pour over.

Bought pies with left over veg mash, chips & peas.  I am too tired to cook anything else.  Currently reviving with a nice glass of wine and browsing the forum.
