Sure was. I wish Brisbane had won though. Imagine the coach’s wife having a baby this morning too. I believe they have called her Maggie.

I’m not a footy fan but I also enjoyed the Grand Final.
This morning my GD took me out to The Green House. This is a different sort of garden shop with a Cafe. They had home made cakes and coffee . Cakes, interesting and different from the usual c**p. But not as good as what we make.

I love places that have a business and a coffee shop Chookie, even Bunnings have one which I’ll be using next time I go there with a gift voucher which also included a free coffee.

That's the sort of cafe I love, Chookie ... I find them very calming and soothing,  I went to one last time we were in Scotland and loved it - wanted to take everything home with me!

I know what you mean!
I was supposed to go to the races with Probus today, but pulled out at the last minute. It has been very windy and most unpleasant. I’ve got Laryngitis and the wind doesn’t help.
Made the meat balls, a one serve meat and mushroom mini loaf and Bolognaise sauce.

Well you didn’t waste your day Chookie and some time on your own will give your problem a chance to improve.

I had my hair cut today.

I wish I had Mab. I made a mistake when I booked the appointment and my hair is driving me mad.
We had our monthly catch up with car club members for coffee this morning.

Helped DH out as he had to take a truck and leave it with fencing men for all the old materials . They were chatting and both jumped away from the old post and longish grass !! A snake , truly they are such boys . Meanwhile I got straight back in Ute and waited there. Cold windy day .
