Out to a very nice restaurant, they’re known for the steak! I had red snapper and French tart tinain
. Dh DD steak and frites , lemon tart and crème brûlée . Yum .

Marina, I’ll do a trial run of the vegan scones and let you know.
Yesterday I made 12 bread rolls and 20 SD crumpets. Also a pot of soup from the lamb bones left over from the roast. Added soup mix and lots of veggies. A handful of parsley at the end just lifted the flavours.

I made a Classic Loaf today and a Wholemeal SD loaf that uses all Wholemeal flour.
