Love baked beans on toast Judy ;D

Peppermint tea, baked beans - my list of your favourite things is growing CC  :D  You will have to get a bit fancier than that though - not that we will be having too many meals at home in August.
I just about eat anything Judy ;) So looking forward to my trip and meeting everyone :-* :-* :-*

We have the best relationship with our neighbours. DD1 bought a new camera today and somehow managed to put her battery in back to front and jam it in hard  ??? I couldn't get it out, so I said go next door (we have interconnecting back gate). Not only did they get it out but we had champers, BBQ ribs, moussaka and salad for tea and little home made biccies for dessert. Jeez I love having them there:-*

CP - I need neighbours like yours! We hardly know any of ours.
March 31st is neighbours day according to the newsletter - maybe I should use that as an opportunity to meet them properly.

...and I'll bet they love having you there, too, CP!! Years ago when my children were young there were five households together where we all got along fabulously. Borrowing, trading, babysitting, meals when needed etc etc . So different now .....

Before we shifted we had wonderful neighbours. From 10 to 11 every Sunday was coffee time for us all. Since we have shifted we have gorgeous neighbours all round, o e who even mows our lawn when we are away and others who we chat too. One next door is rented and the only time we hear them is when the children are sliding down the roof or the adults are having a domestic and threatening to kill each other.  :-)) it all balances out.

That looks wonderful Hally ;D

My lamb leg sort of melted when I picked it up with the tongs ;D It was very well cooked, tender and juicy. And there is plenty for mum and SD to have a little roast lamb meal for lunch tomorrow too :D Too bad you can't make falling apart lamb look very pretty :-))

MF's Beef Rendang tonight cooked it yesterday.

Mf how long do you think the spice mix would last in the fridge? I might make it up in advance next time as I have ingredients left over  :)
