Celebrating Friday with dessert tonight. Served with vanilla ice cream. Yummy!

DD made this for our dessert last night. She was correct, I loved it. There are even leftovers for tonight.

A long time since I made this one but I had 2 huge apples that needed cooking so my search brought me here.  I didn’t think I would be able to eat it because of the cake layer but that isn’t too thick and lots of cream helped too. There’s 12 desserts for me in this one, most now in the freezer.  I reduced the sweetness in each layer and it was great.
