I’m having an afternoon tea for a small group of Probus ladies. I’m making scones. 3 different types. Plain with jam and cream, pumpkin cheese with Australian bush spices and a third one ??? I’ve just seen a recipe for a vegan recipe with Rosemary and blueberries. I’ll try these today.

I made some Cinnamon Scrolls from Cookidoo. They are Nic Moretti’s recipe. They used the Tang Zon (?????) method. They are so soft and delicious.

I've been steaming a mix of various vegetables and mashing them then freezing them in single serves.

Crumbed chicken with roast vegetables and beans for the men.  Chopped up apricot chicken for me.

Foggy this morning but again it’s all out doing an amazing show if it’s not foggy where you are ! Or else Facebook Instagram is full of everyone’s pictures. Happy Mother’s Day everyone ! No one home this time and I’d have to say today will be ok but I miss my DM do much at lest she gave hugs that are for a lifetime of memories. Xox

Sausages and salad if fresh beans tomato diced cooked zucchini corn cut up with a lime juice olive oil S & P fresh coriander, very refreshing and a baked potato. Plain yoghurt with brown sugar for dessert.
