Marina, sounds lovely and fresh for this hot weather. Another hot day. Hate it. I’ve cancelled a coffee catch up. Too hot.
Dinner last night. Opened a small tin of Salmon and ate it with a spoon.

Chunky spaghetti bolognaise last night . Tonight salmon prawn and asparagus risotto for all four family members.

I had book club tonight. I made sizzle steak rolled up with bacon, carrot and dill pickle in it. We had veggies with it.

Made a salad, 4 bean mix, sliced fresh tomato, diced cucumber, onion tops and parsley ,a little Japanese Mayo. All from garden except beans and mayo.

We like 4 bean mix. It's so versatile.

Made the tomato and peach salad again. Baked salmon in Ninja, ( kept smell outside) made small loaf of potato bread and added ground seeds.

We had mince, veggies that I chopped using the chop mode on the TM 6, tomatoes, a tomato sauce that I made all mixed with pasta.  It was tasty.

Turkey breast kababs for lunch with tomato peaches salad and summer veg risotto. Mango fluff.
