Mum very much enjoyed this steamed corned beef. I'll definitely cook it like this again :)

The Brussel sprouts were delicious :D

i didnt have dinner tonight was full from lunch i had 2 rolls  :-))with JD Corned Beef

amy my corned beef is a different color when i make it  :-))

OK, we have established that Amy was not cooking corned beef but if it was nice Amy, don't worry about it.  Next time look for the corned variety and you can compare the difference.  I'm sure the taste is much different, not necessarily better but different.

Um, not really cookie. It was just pink. And looked like meat. It all looks the same to me :-))
