The Duck, Confit Duck Legs , Luv-a- Duck, delicious.  Heated and browned in dish in AF, 15 mins. Was able to leave the fat behind.
Tonight pork steaks. Grilled on BBQ. Mashed pots, leftover and silverbeet from garden.

Thanks for that link Cookie. I can adapt the leftover chicken from our roast to that recipe.
I bought a $6 fresh chicken from Aldi and we will get several meals from it.
We had Roast chicken last night, will make Cookies chicken noodle soup and chicken Mushroom pies.

I made Chicken mushroom pies and used the chicken stock, ( made from the bones) to add and cook down the mushrooms.  Added a great depth of flavour.
