Fresh flathead is very tasty Margaret.

The other night I made some some of these rolls from TM Essentials. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=17198.0
We had them for dinner with grilled haloumi cheese and salad. They were very nice. I had avocado in mine but the rest of the family had mayonnaise.

That is indeed wonderful Chookie.
. I saw the dietician again this morning. It was part and parcel of the diabetes diagnosis. I politely refused another visit in a month. She is very expensive and I've had to pay for the last 2 visits. Very little back from the health fund. I can easy visit again if I feel I need it. Fortunately everything seems to be going well. I've lost 8kg and am using the treadmill for 20 minutes every day. An enormous change for me. It is probably the reason I ended up with Type 2.

Tonight's dinner is unsure as I'm doing our menu plan at the moment, then I will shop.

Congratulations Cookie. 8 K is is fantastic. The 20 mins on the walking machine is great. I use mine also for 20 minutes a day most days. I prop the iPad up on the top with blue tak?.
I have been watching Matthew Evan investigate the fishing industry.
I try to keep away from food shows.
