Roast Vegetable Lasagne tonight
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

DH made an enormous pot of pea and ham soup yesterday. We froze lots but will be having some tonight with a SC beef casserole.

We are having fish tacos. It’s really just fish and salad in pita bread that I have made. We enjoy it though.

Yum Chookie. We only have new sweet potatoes.
We're having a chicken, corn and pasta dish tonight. I think the 31 will come out of the cupboard as I can't get my pasta machine pasta to cook correctly in either the 5 or 6.

We had pea and ham soup from the freezer followed by this Vegetable Pie with a few extra veggies. https://andanyways.com/2021/02/04/cookbook-corner-in-praise-of-veg-by-alice-zaslavsky/

It was very nice.
