Swapped out the salmon for roast pork last night.  Power went off before pork was cooked so finished in BBQ.

I use mince Judy and blend it on reverse speed 4 until it’s how I want it.
For the sausage rolls I blitzed onion and carrot and a slice of frozen bread. Added some Italian herbs and a dash of cayenne then the mince and did the reverse trick. It’s not pink like bought sausage mince but I know what’s in it.
Tonight is baked beans on toast. DD is eating out!

Thanks cookie, so many sausage roll recipes use ‘sausage mince’, there’s no way I would buy that but I like your idea to get the same texture of the pink stuff.
