Wish I lived closer fundj, I am desperate to play with icing cupcakes but don't want them in the house. Trying to drop a few kg's. I would come and give you a hand

Fundj with the choc crunch I find it good to put in the fridge for a while after cooling to stop it crumbling so much then take out of tin and cut

I'd make a whole round cake for starters.
Brownies in the tm are a snap - melt butter and chocolate in the tm on 50 degrees, then add cold eggs from the fridge to cool down the mix, add the sugar, mix until combined well, then add the flour and mix until just done. If you make the brownies in big texas muffin sized cupcake papers, they look really good.
If you can't do maddy's cupcakes, then make mini muffins and sprinkle with coarse sugar before baking to give it a nice crust and sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
Hi thermoheaven, do you have a recipe for the brownies, they sound yummm!  :D :D

Hi thermoheaven, do you have a recipe for the brownies, they sound yummm!  :D :D
my recipe is something from the AWW food to go cookbook. i convert as i go, so i don't have a proper conversion.
125g butter
150g dark chocolate
2 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 c plain flour
1/4 tsp baking powder

melt butter and chocolate on sp1 at 50 deg until melted
add the sugar and eggs from the fridge (to cool the mixture down) and mix until well combined, sp 6, 15 secs
add the vanilla and mix to combine, sp 6, 5 secs
add the baking powder and flour and mix until just done - do not over mix, sp 5, 10 secs, scrape down bowl and sp 5, 5 secs
pour into a 19cm cake pan lined with silicone paper and bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes

the place is called AGC catering equipment in greenacre in sdyney

would u like to know how much i paid for it?
yes please

thermoheaven.

The cover $ 26.00
The rack $ 11.00
The s/s base $15.00, which you don’t really need, a big plate will do.

its only rockie road with violet crumble sprinkled on top while still warm

i only cook easy, fast and most of the time do not follow any recipes ,but i am getting better at taking notes since this wonderful forum  ;D

The cupcakes are amazing. Well done.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I sprinkled 100s and 1000s on fresh cream, not a good look after a few hours

They all melted into the cream :(, will this also happen if i sprinkle them on icing?
