Umm, the only one I can think of at the moment is whenever the Rotto Channel swim is (26th Feb I think). DH is going through a mid-life crisis  ;) and has decided to challenge himself by swimming there in a team of four!!

As far as I know anytime is fine on a SAturday.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Hi Creampuff, I have only just seen this today and wonder if it is too late for me to join you all.  I would love to meet you all and cook with the experts!  I will be down South from 2nd Feb to 12th Feb though, and you might have already organised this during this time.  Anyway, please let me know one way or the other.

ha ha yeah right cookie...no I am a wonderfully caring and sharing sort of person, and I say all hands on deck  :D give some thought as to what you really want to see and do. If we don't do more than a couple of things and just have a laugh and a chat and just talk TM what the heck! Sometimes just talking you pick up something that will be of huge help, and just getting together is nice also but I know we can all learn from each other so having some sort of plan prior will make the get together all the more worthwile.

I am happy to provide ingredients when we all decide what we are going to do, as I will be asking lots of questions, and not providing too many answers ???  Looking forward to meeting you all.

Yes, I'm looking forward to learning from the seasoned pro's too, but I don't think I have much to offer in return though (apart from supplying ingredients, washing dishes etc). I haven't even tried converting a recipe yet! The only ones I've tried in the TMX have been from the forum or the EDC.
Are we going to have a theme?
