I've frozen a pizza using this as the base so I can't see why not Wonder.  You might have to beat it a bit once thawed if you are just freezing the sauce alone.

Frozzie, I ended up not being around for the pizza night so didn't see how many they made with this on it but judging by the amount gone I would say just the one. I would only make a half batch unless you intend on making a few.

It didn't exist back when I posted this sauce but nowadays I would use Tenina's garlic paste instead of plain garlic in this recipe.

I use it in everything Kim, it has to be tastier than plain garlic.  I find it lifts any recipe I use it in.

I remembermaking it and it was quite sweet..personally i prefer plain garlic with maybe a bit of spice or salt and pepper or a little bit of stock.. Or cooked ina bitof butter with onion yum..

Or maybe nexttime leave whatever sweetener was in it out of the recipe... I dont havetherecipe i. Front of mejust going by memory..

I made this on Friday and we used it on one of the pizza's we cooked for dinner last night for our guest (pizzas cooked on stones in the BBQ).

As I had made it a day before using it, it had thickened up in the fridge quite a lot, but was still easy to use. We all loved it, a nice alternative to the normal tomato base.

Going to make this tonight to use a filling for some scrolls. Garlic and cheese scrolls tonight with our ravioli and vege bake.
